Agriturismo Aquilone is nestled in the woods and surrounded by olive groves, orchards, pine forests, and truffle grounds.

The property consists of a large, recently renovated three-story stone farmhouse.

There are 14 rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and independent heating and ventilation systems. Two rooms are accessible to disabled guests. The furnishings are simple and functional, designed to accommodate families or groups.

Agriturismo Aquilone was designed to maximize common areas: each floor has a room that can be used for group meetings.

On the ground floor we find the dining room, the activities room – equipped with foosball, ping pong and various games – and a large sunny veranda for moments of relaxation.

Our cuisine is simple, refined, and renowned, featuring numerous traditional dishes in which we use as many ingredients as possible from our own crops and Umbrian agriculture.

Guests also have access to a large outdoor park with sports fields and a heated indoor pool. Near the main building is a large annex with two multipurpose rooms where a wide variety of games and workshops can be held.

The entire property uses energy from renewable sources: solar panels, photovoltaic panels, fireplaces, and wood-burning boilers. There’s a large terrace with a wood-fired pizza oven and two barbecue areas for hosting barbecues to enjoy on cheerful outdoor evenings.

We practice organic farming on our land, and for over forty years we have not used chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We produce oil, fruit, vegetables, saffron, and truffles.
